I knew I was forgetting to do something before I left school...lol
Into Thursday evening.
Remembrance Day assembly tomorrow--best behaviour folks.
Cold out there--I almost got tossed around by that wind--dress warmly.
Be Good and Pay it Forward.
In Flanders Fields the poppies blow. Among th crosses row on row. That mark our place ; and in the sky. Where the larks, still bravely singing, fly. Scarce heard amid the guns below. We are the Dead. Short days ago We lived. Felt dawn. Saw sunset glow. Loves and we're loved, and now we lie In Flanders Field. Take up our quarrel with our foe. To you from failing hands we throw. The torch ; be yours to hold it high. If ye break faith with us who die. We shall not sleep even though poppies grow In Flanders Fields
We had to recite the poem in grade 4. When I was presenting it the announcements came on and I forgot where I left off and had to start over again.......
